Atheists not allowed in Kentucky

It seems as if certain parts of our population in America have literally gone insane. (Verification of this insanity can be found by clicking here.)

Have there been quite a few atheists prosecuted under this law? Thrown in jail or just fined? Up to 12 months or are most of them in jail for less than a year?

Mmm, too bad you censor comments. Usually Fascism (I thought) was frowned on by "freethinkers."

I do indeed preview the comments left. It's been a long time, but I've had a few that were quite unsavory and I don't that sort of vulgarity associated with my account.

The article I found (I didn't search very deeply) did not address the penalties or whether any have been imposed. Do you know if anyone has been convicted under the law? Are you defending the law?

From Wikipedia - "Fascism (pron.: /ˈfæʃɪzəm/) is a form of radical authoritarian nationalism.[1][2] Fascists seek to unify their nation through a totalitarian state that seeks the mass mobilization of the national community." I don't see how previewing comments fits into this political framework. Is it just a word you like to toss around?

Thanks for stopping by.
