Did You Know - Bush Administration Violates Laws
Earlier this month, House Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Henry Waxman (D-CA) discovered that the head of the General Services Administration (GSA), Lurita Alexis Doan, may have violated federal law by using her position for "political purposes." Based on information provided to Congress by witnesses, Doan and White House deputy director of political affairs J. Scott Jennings "joined in a videoconference earlier this year with top GSA political appointees, who discussed ways to help Republican candidates." During the meeting, Doan asked how the GSA could "help 'our candidates' in the next elections" and consequently explored "how to exclude House Speaker Nancy Pelosi from an upcoming courthouse opening in San Francisco and how to include Republican Senator Mel Martinez." According to Waxman, Doan's remarks were "confirmed by 'multiple sources.'" The investigation may also "raise questions" about the role Jennings, whose name has name has also surfaced in reference to the improper dismissal of eight U.S. Attorneys. Previously, questions arose surrounding Doan's attempts to award a $20,000 no-bid GSA contract to a firm headed by Edie Fraser, an individual with whom Doan has had a "long-standing," undisclosed business relationship. As the Post reports today, Doan had taken the "unusual step of personally signing the no-bid arrangement." Doan's inappropriate, and potentially unlawful, actions came just two months after Fraser helped provide Doan the "political support" needed to secure her post at the GSA. In a statement on March 7, Doan dismissed Waxman's assertions as "scurrilous" personal attacks and said she would be "delighted to have the opportunity to set the record straight" when she appears before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday.
Did You Know - Bush Wants Price Fixing
News: Acting at the behest of the National Association of Manufacturers, which wants the government to pull back on enforcing antitrust laws, Bush administration lawyers urged the Supreme Court on Monday to repeal a nearly 100-year-old rule that bars manufacturers from fixing the retail prices of their products. Speaking for several of his colleagues, Justice Breyer pointed out that a repeal could mean that every American will pay far more for the goods they buy. In reply, the Bush administration's lawyer claimed, price is not the only thing consumers care about.

Did You Know - Walnuts (McCain) is Nuts!
IRAQ -- MILITARY ANALYSTS RESPOND TO McCAIN ESCALATION REMARK WITH 'LAUGHTER DOWN THE LINE':
On Monday, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) told radio host Bill Bennett that President Bush's escalation is working. "There are neighborhoods in Baghdad where you and I could walk through those neighborhoods, today," he said.
Yesterday, when CNN's Wolf Blitzer asked McCain why Americans still aren't able to safely leave the Green Zone in Iraq, the senator replied that Blitzer was giving three-month-old talking points: "General Petraeus goes out there almost every day in an unarmed humvee," McCain said. "I think you oughta catch up. You are giving the old line of three months ago. I understand it. We certainly don't get it through the filter of some of the media."
But according to CNN reporter Michael Ware, who has been in Iraq for four years, McCain is way off base. He stated, "To suggest that there's any neighborhood in this city where an American can walk freely is beyond ludicrous. I'd love Sen. McCain to tell me where that neighborhood is and he and I can go for a stroll."
Ware also rebutted McCain's assertion that Petraeus travels in an unarmed humvee: "[I]n the hour since Sen. McCain said this, I've spoken to military sources and there was laughter down the line. I mean, certainly the general travels in a humvee. There's multiple humvees around it, heavily armed."
Did You Know - Bush Cheats
Everybody smart knows you shouldn’t do questionable things on your work computer, whether sending out resumes or posting Casual Encounters ads or basically anything you might have a hard time explaining to your boss.
The scumbag criminals in the White House also practice this “cover your tracks” rule. Technically, they “work” for the “American people,” which means the White House computer network and affiliated websites, e-mail accounts, backups and archives are the property of the United States, as required by the Presidential Records Act.
This U.S. Attorneys mess has again shown that White House senior officials are conducting all their dirty work using a privately owned secret computer system — White House e-mails sent to Jack Abramoff were also mailed from the private server, GWB43.com.
The secret server isn’t part of the government or officially part of the Executive Office. Karl Rove apparently does 95% of his e-mailing using the GWB43.com server. Bush claims his office doesn’t use e-mail at all, specifically because he doesn’t want to leave any evidence that could be subpoenaed — obviously, all presidential e-mail is also through the secret private mail server.
When they are put on trial, there will be no written record of their thievery and campaigns of horror, because there won’t be any e-mail archives.
Here’s the domain’s registration info:

Ha ha, it’s also a federal crime to use false phone numbers in a domain registration.
Ha ha ha, a political party accountable to no-one — okay, it is accountable to Halliburton executives — owns the domain for the secret private mail server the Bush Administration uses to evade the law. Ha ha. Ha.
The various chairmen in Congress who maybe just maybe might be starting to grow teeny tiny leetle balls regarding Impeachment have already sent formal demands to the White House to stop deleting e-mail records. And we bet they’re really paying attention at the White House!

Did You Know - Republican Joe Scarborough
(Please note - the portion of the article posted below is very heavily biased toward implicating Joe Scarborough in the young girl's death, but there is no real evidence that her death was the result of anything but a medical condition. I searched quite deep into Google and found nothing from an unbiased source on this issue still online.)
From Project from the Old American Century...
A young female employee of one of Florida's Congressmen had died unexpectedly in the Congressman's office. There were no witnesses to her death and the cause of death was not apparent. Klausutis' boss, Joe Scarborough had recently resigned from Congress prematurely and unexpectedly, amid rumors about his marital fidelity and soon after a divorce. He had also abruptly resigned as publisher of the Independent Florida Sun, claiming that resigning from Congress and as publisher was necessary to spend more time with his sons.
The results of the mandated autopsy, however, were deemed "inconclusive" by Dr. Michael Berkland.
Dr. Michael Berkland, it turns out, has a very interesting background himself. Recently relocated to Florida, it is a matter of public record that Dr. Berkland's medical license in the state of Missouri was revoked in 1998 as a result of Berkland reporting false information regarding brain tissue samples in a 1996 autopsy report. Berkland does not deny the charges.
It's also a matter of public record that he was suspended from his position as Medical Examiner in the State of Florida in July, 1999.

Making Fun of Religion
In my not-so-humble opinion, we need to vote in candidates who will do more for us here on earth than those who spend all of their time worrying about how they will fare in an after-life. I hope these images do not offend.
