Eight is not enough — Republicans launch new House investigation of Clinton email. Because.

Wait. Is it eight investigations of Hillary Clinton’s email? Or what that Benghazi? Not that it really matters.

There is no number of investigations that are enough investigations. Republicans will always find an excuse for one more.

Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee are planning to press officials from the FBI in a hearing scheduled for next month on allegations that Hillary Clinton committed perjury.

And just what perjurious statement did Hillary supposedly make?

… Clinton claimed at the time that none of the messages on her machine were marked as classified, though bureau Director James Comey later asserted that at least three bore some markings indicating they were sensitive.

Out of tens of thousands of emails, three included some markings. Yes, they did.

Comey said three emails had “portion markings” on them indicating that they were classified, but they were not properly marked and therefore could have been missed by Clinton. He said the emails were marked as classified with the letter “C” in the body of the email.

So Clinton said that the messages were not classified. The FBI director said the three (That’s three. Three.) messages were improperly marked and could have been missed. But if Hillary missed them, it’s clearly a problem worthy of convening a tax-payer funded investigation lasting weeks or months, pulling in workers from all over the government who surely have nothing better to do. Like Republican representatives. Who don’t have to worry about passing funding legislation. like … for fighting Zika.

They’ll also surely want to pull Hillary in for a day. Maybe three. Say September 26, October 4, and October 9. Because the only way Trump is going to win the debates, is if Hillary is busy somewhere else.
