Wade Cleveland, former chief attorney for the Greenville County school district and past chairman of Greenville County Council, was charged Wednesday with 13 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor second degree after authorities said child pornography was found on his computer at the school district and his home.

He also was charged with sexual exploitation of a minor third degree, according to a warrant.
