Remember that Ten Commandments thing?

I have no traditional religious beliefs, but if I did, I'd sort of want to follow the rules laid out by the religion I was part of. Either you believe it - or you don't. And remember this Commandment (the third in the list I was looking at, but they vary according to the source)...

“You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. You shall not bow down to them or serve them; for I the LORD your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, but showing steadfast love to thousands of those who love me and keep my commandments."

Then there's this. Perhaps you will see the disconnect, as I did, between the words in the Bible and those claiming to follow the teachings of the Bible.
