This will leave a mark: the pro-Hillary Clinton Super PAC Priorities USA has gone back to the vast reserve of damaging Donald Trump statements for a new ad titled “I love war.” And yes, that’s a Trump line used in the ad.
Trump’s words run over images of the Vietnam War, of Islamic militants, of a mushroom cloud.
"I'm really good at war, I love war, in a certain way."
"—including with nukes. Yes, including with nukes.”
"I know more about ISIS than the generals do, believe me."
“Nuclear, just the power, the devastation, is very important to me.”
“I want to be unpredictable.”
What’s getting predictable here is the string of ads using Trump’s own words to brutal effect.
