The telecom monopolies - why they are hated so...

Did you see/hear-about the recording of a Comcast rep hassling a couple to tears over cancelling their account? The last things we need, as consumers, is the end of net-neutrality and the merger of Comcast and Time-Warner. We are about to be royally screwed.

After this audio recording of an infuriatingly aggressive Comcast representative arguing with a customer went mega-viral, Comcast, which instructs its employees not to take no for an answer, is now throwing its representative under the bus because he refused to take no for an answer.
