Another post on the ACA

The Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare) has a number of facets to it that attempt to get as many people as possible on health insurance. One of these facets was the expansion of Medicaid for the poor, but some states (mostly in the south - go to figure) have elected to opt out of the expansion. Hospitals in most of those states are asking their legislators to reconsider - as it as they are treating these people and not getting paid. With a Medicaid expansion they'd at least get some money for their efforts.
