War averted

Obama has done something else right - although very awkwardly - at the last minute he's decided to ask Congress for a declaration approving attacks against Syria. That's what the constitution calls for - it's what all modern day Presidents have eschewed. Good on him for making this call.

We criticize  Syria for using gas - a weapon of mass destruction - while we attack innocent civilians with unmanned drones. Tell me the difference.
