US Postal System
Not sure how much politics my few followers read, so let me pass along the progressive take. The post office is not going broke except by design. Republicans passed legislation to force the post office to fund its retirement system for 75-years in advance in order to put it in financial straits. This will allow bigger profits for their private sector donors - UPS, FED-EX, et. al. as people turn to them when postal services are cut back.
