Is Paul Ryan a serious man? If the Republicans are able to win control of government in 2016, I wonder just how fast Paul and the Republicans will revise their budget plan to award more money to programs that benefit their corporate friends.

Reducing the deficit

I've pointed to several buts of information already (more to come) showing that since his second year in office, Obama has been steadily leading the charge to reduce the annual deficit. How has this come about? Mostly from spending cuts.

I don't have any information in addition to what is in the chart, but if I was to guess, I'd bet a lot of the spendning cuts come from winding down two wars.
