You've Hearad About TARP? There's More.

Yes, Congress and the President approved TARP to the tune of $700 Billion, but there's more - much more - going on in the matter of bailing out failed financial institutions. In particular, without specific authorization, the Fderal Reserve Bank (sometimes referred to as just The Fed), has loaned out $1.2 trillion.
