An optimistic report on a war that's bound to go sour soon.

Putin is trying to spread false updates BUT it was truly Great when the Ukraine leaders stood together on a street in Kyiv and said, "We are here! Here is my Secretary of State, the Secretary of Defense, and other key members of the government." They were holding up cellphones to prove the day and time and showing that they are staying there to defend their country. That was awesome.

They also changed the electric road direction markers, so Russians would get lost. The signs now read a Russian version of "Go F yourself".

Russian tanks are running out of gas and Ukraine passersby ask them if they want a tow - they pause for a moment and say - BACK to Russia. The Russian troops share in the laugh but feel stupid stranded there.

Some Russian TV stations have been hacked and are showing Ukrainian videos. YouTube has cut off RT Youtube domain. And....... when Russians go to PornHub they get blocked and get shown a flag of Ukraine (I guess some are really getting off on this war).

"Swift" banking now has Russian restrictions, neighboring Russian countries are not helping Putin as he had hoped. Turkey is considering a "legal" way to prevent Russian ships to pass. France seized one of their ships ("enforcing" sanctions) several countries have now denied airspace (not even private jets) Belgium is now giving 1000's of machine guns and 4000 tons of fuel. Slovakia gave 12,000 rounds of ammo and 2.64 million gallons of diesel; the Netherlands has given 400 rocket-propelled launchers.

It's a very thin line that NATO members are walking - in order to not create a full-on world war.  Many treaties to be mindful of.  Putin has even threatened Finland and Sweeden (who are not part of NATO) that they would receive the same as Ukraine if they interfere (don't quote me but I think they shrugged that threat off).

Ukraine's President is wearing combat gear and is outside fighting along with his people. It's great that the US and others are continually sharing intelligence with him every possible minute.

Russia LOST 14 Airplanes, 8 helicopters, 102 tanks, 538 armored cars, 15 artillery pieces, and 1-Buk-1 system. ALL blown to bits. They basically entered into an ambush. What on earth was Putin thinking. Unfortunately, 3500 Russian soldiers have died. 200 have been taken as prisoners of war.

The Russian military is conflicted as to why they are really there - killing their own people - innocent men, women, and children - just because those people want to be part of a democracy.

Yes, this is a small portion of Putin's great army, but they certainly miscalculated the will of the Ukrainians wanting to be free of someone like him. Someone like him who is okay with killing innocent people - for personal gain. War is hell (there were only a few that have been necessary). Shame on those of us who partake or have been part of brutal acts of this nature in the past.

As humans, we must quickly learn to take care of each other. It's a REALLY EASY concept to grasp, figure out, and become masters at. We've given hate more than enough chances to control the narrative. It's quite okay if we tell hate to take a much-needed chill pill.

These seven mighty continents, all the oceans, rivers, and streams, are a wonderful home to a vast number of species. All co-existing - battling mostly and only when needed - but otherwise respecting and enjoying each other - as the brilliant sun and moon they share passes overhead.
