Michael Moore was hoping you could help him understand the threat from General Soleimani

Michael Moore
I know it’s bothersome that I’m speaking some Awful Truths through these dark days and asking these uncomfortable questions, so I’ll just continue:
• Can someone name that building in the U.S. that the “terrorist” - the “bad guy” - General Soleimani ordered blown up?
• How ‘bout the civilian U.S. airliner that “bad actor” Soleimani had shot down?
• I can’t seem to remember exactly where Soleimani’s Revolutionary Guard landed on our shores. Was it New Jersey? Miami Beach? Big Sur? Where did they actually invade our sovereign nation?
• Help me remember the American cities bombed by Iranian bomber planes —Boise? Tulsa? Wichita? Kalamazoo? Newark? Walla Walla?
• I’m frustrated that I can’t remember which of Soleimani’s suicide bombers walked into the Mall of America - or was it Six Flags? Trump Tower? Dammit - somebody help me!
• Ok, but we all remember the cabinet member Soleimani’s sniper assassinated in Georgetown, right?
• Don’t forget Soleimani’s gas attack in the Washington Metro!
• The Iranian commando with an AK-15 who shot up that high school in Oregon!
• The water in Flint! Soleimani poisoned the water in Flint! Of course, it all makes sense! What took so long to figure out he was the terrorist who did it!
• What Americans did Soleimani kill? Our troops, who were forced to invade Iraq, a country next to his which had nothing to do with 9/11? No. Our beloved troops were sent there to their deaths by Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and the 29 Democratic Senators who voted to allow this illegal invasion. This war crime.
Much can be said about Soleimani, and not just the fact he may have done more to defeat ISIS than anyone. I’m sure if I were an Iranian he wouldn’t much appreciate me (to say the least), but it seems like his big bugaboo was that he didn’t like us interfering in the Middle East, just like we wouldn’t appreciate him bringing 100,000 troops into Canada. I think we would’ve fucked him up for that, and his people probably woulda called us “terrorists.” That’s what King George III called us. Soleimani’s job was to get the intruders - us - outta the neighborhood. It’s not the first time that the destruction we bring isn’t appreciated. Hate Soleimani if you want, but you have to admit you understand why he and his people did what they did and will continue do what they do.
Enough. Let’s bring our kids home.
