Fire and Fury, by Michael Wolff - an intense and interesting read.

So I've just recently started reading this best seller - and it is intense. But every few pages the author unleashes with something that blows my mind. And here is my quote of the day...

The new politics was not the art of the compromise but the art of conflict.

This is so freaking obvious, and yet it never came to my mind as clearly as when Wolff said it. Although this has been the Republican agenda ever since the election of Barack Obama, I've never seen it quite so clearly.
