God could not make a commandment that would preclude parenthood.
We are all firstly owed by our parents who's joint custody is with God. But your point is well taken. Another adult should not have his/her freedom coveted by another. Thou shalt not steal someones freedom away from them when it rightly belongs to them. When does it rightly belong to them has to do with a lot of things such as the capability to make ones own decisions and not be a felon. Among other things. So .... the eleventh commandment you would recommend just got to long and complicated.
