GunFail - When will we admit that all these guns are a mistake?

[I have a huge surplus of these articles building up, so to get a little more current I will post a larger number than usual for the next few days. And there ARE some duplicates of stories - they come from a number of different sources and there is some some repetition that I am too lazy to sort out. ---Bozo]
