Missouri Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder (R) on Monday said that the U.S. Justice Department is more racist than the St. Louis region and placed blame the Obama administration for the protests following the shooting death of Michael Brown.

NewsMaxTV's Steve Malzberg asked Kinder about the reaction in Ferguson, Mo. to the shooting and said that the Obama administration had acted on the "false premise" of "Hands up, don't shoot."
