Too much celebration, not enough substance

So, the first filibuster in the Senate over a new gun control bill was broken and there will be debate and there will be discussion. But there probably won't be any substance to the resulting bill - and it will never pass in the House. I'm very pessimistic about this whole thing. But - at least there will be a vote.
