We're still shooting each other - no new gun laws

How long does this have to go on before some in the gun rights community realize that there an awful lot of people out there who are buying guns who do not have the intelligence to handle guns safely nor the morals to not shoot people with them? The NRA speaks about "good guys with guns" being the answer to our gun problem in the U.S., but there are literally thousands of Americans every year who start off as good guys with guns and turn into bad guys with guns when they get careless or pissed off at someone. How in hell do you determine, in advance, who is going to be bad with their gun? Ain't gonna happen. We need to reduce the number of guns.
