Fighting the banks

This makes me more proud than ever to be from New York State - Schneiderman is our AG.


Eric Schneiderman has been kicked off a task force negotiating a mortgage settlement with U.S. banks. Facing pressure from the Obama administration, Schneiderman opposes any deal that gives banks a release from criminal investigations in exchange for civil fines. (democracynow.org)
