Just in case you've forgotten what it was like when the Republicans were in charge, here's a reminder.

During the run-up to his first presidential campaign, President Bush told Texas evangelist James Robinson, "I feel like God wants me to run for president, I can't explain it, but I sense my country is going to need me.
