William J. Clinton Foundation: This initial release consists of material from the FBI's files related to the Will... https://vault.fbi.gov/william-j.-clinton-foundation …
12:00 PM - 1 Nov 2016

That's the FBI randomly making files from it's vault public. This one just happens to be hundreds of pages from an investigation closed in 2005 into the William J. Clinton Foundation and "a 2001 FBI investigation into the pardon of Marc Rich (1934-2013), aka Marcell David Reich, by President Clinton in 2001."

Later, as the powerful U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York during the George W. Bush administration, Comey oversaw the tail end of an investigation into Bill Clinton’s pardon of fugitive billionaire Marc Rich. No charges were ever filed in that case, nor was there a public explanation of the office’s findings.

No charges filed. No public explanation of the office's findings. Until they release the archives today? In an investigation in which no chargers where ever filed. One week before the election? Curious timing, huh?
