All of a sudden, the GOP is interested in the care of veterans

[Side note - I heard that bills for improving veterans' care passed both House and Senate and that they will be moving on to a conference committee for the resolution of differences. I saw a couple of posters on the web congratulating Congress, but I have not seen any details of the bills, so I am not so quick to post those messages. I THOUGHT I heard somewhere that they included privatization of some aspects of the program, and I am NOT in favor of that except as a temporary measure until the VA can be brought up to speed. - Bozo]
