A number of recent posts I've seen from the gun-nuts are focused on the fact that a large proportion of America's gun murders take place in the big cities, as if that somehow mitigates the fact that these killings are taking place at all.
It would seem to me that if this is true (it seems like a reasonable assumption, though I've not seen any legitimate proof) it should make it easier to control the guns. If the guns used in crimes are concentrated in one or two areas, then it would seem that we could target the means by which those guns are getting into those urban areas. Like maybe with some gun control legislation.
