Every one of those points is a lie. It's like suing Ford or Chevy every time a drunk driver kills someone while driving one of their cars. Gun companies are liable for defective products whose failure results in property damage, injury, or death. JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER MANUFACTURER OF ANY OTHER GOOD IN THE UNITED STATES. Suing companies for criminal misuse of lawfully produced and sold products makes no sense whatsoever. Unless you're a lying activist or politician.
