Folks, you’re playing Trump’s game:

So I’m seeing a lot of posts *trying* to mock Trump because he’s going to “take the weekend off” on inauguration weekend. These posts are silly. Here’s why:

1. For Trump’s supporters, they LIKE that government seems so easy to run and requires no real effort. You’re not doing anything with such posts except making yourself feel good. And there are lots of more fun ways to do that.

2. You’re getting in the gutter with a gutter rat … and a gutter rat with a multi-million subscriber Twitter feed who has enablers in both the “real” and the “fake” news. You cannot out shout him. You cannot out slander him. And god knows you can’t shame him. Fighting is his Red Bull. You can’t beat him at it.

3. Ronald Reagan didn’t work all that hard as President … and look how thoroughly he fucked up America. Do you really want an authoritarian troll working hard at destroying America? I’d DEMAND he take weekends in Mar-a-Lago, with all the Russian golden showering hookers he can muster.

We are all going to be much better off the less time Trump spends howling into his Twitter account. Let’s just beat the incompetencies he has chosen to run the various agencies, and expose the contradictions between the Trump agenda and that of the Congressional Republicans. Leave the Trumpster fire to burn itself out.
