Analyzing yet another conservative blog post

It's truly difficult to get a handle on conservative motivation. Some times it seems to be fear - fear for their lives; fear over change and their inability to cope; fear of anyone who is different; fear of someone who is stronger; fear over being picked on; fear...oh hell, fear of everything.

Sometimes conservatives are driven by hate - but is that different from fear? I guess not much - they hate everything they fear.

This hate/fear syndrome then converts into a sort of "macho" attitude - beat up the weak and get a weapon against the stronger - it is important for them to stand their ground so as to overcome their appearance of being weak/puny. And thus we often attribute the image of the man with a small penis to the conservative movement - they are trying to compensate for their fear with every fiber of their being.

Thus, they love a good bully - hell, they even like to bully others themselves.

I think this explains a lot about their hate for the disarmament agreement the Obama administration has struck with Iran. They fear Iran because they don't know much about it. They hate Iran because they fear it and they want to bully Iran because it seems to make more sense than accepting change.

And that leads us to this ridiculous poster - Netanyahu bullying President Obama. It feeds the conservative image of compensating for the fear and the hate. And yet, Israel is not likely to attack Iran without U.S. approval - they'd be up Shit Creek without a paddle if our military didn't come to their aid. Israel is a tiny little nation with an incredibly large ego.
